How to read this catalog
Price, engines, and workflow are the three fields that actually change the decision. The rest is noise.
Most GEO roundups collapse every product into “tracks ChatGPT.” That is not a buying criterion. This catalog is built so a practitioner can scan ten listings and still leave with a shortlist.
Start with the job, not the logo
Visibility tools answer “do answer engines mention us?” Citation tools answer “where are we sourced?” Content / GEO platforms turn those gaps into briefs and tasks. Agency platforms add client reporting and site readiness. SEO suites bolt AI-search modules onto a stack you already pay for.
If two products share a category, compare engines and starting price next. Profound and Peec both sit in visibility; one is sales-led and procurement-ready, the other is a readable mid-market tracker. That difference should show up in one pass on Compare.
What we refuse to decorate
- Star ratings with no sample
- “Best overall” badges that hide who paid
- Feature grids that do not change a shortlist
Featured is a paid slot. It sits first because that is the product we sell, not because it is an award. Read the watchouts on every listing, featured or not.
